Mountain weddings have a transportation problem: venues up dirt roads with 20 parking spaces, guests spread across condos in three towns, and an altitude that turns two glasses of champagne into four. Breck Limousine plans and dispatches the vehicles locally, so the shuttle loop runs on time and nobody drives.
Plan our wedding transportation
What we handle
- Guest shuttle loops between lodging, ceremony and reception, for the hours you choose
- Couple and wedding party cars: luxury SUVs and stretch options on request
- Rehearsal dinner, welcome party and farewell brunch transfers
- Bachelor and bachelorette nights in Breckenridge, Frisco or Vail
- Corporate retreats, incentive groups and conference transfers between DIA and Summit County hotels
- Ski club, team and family reunion coaches
Vehicles for every guest count
Luxury SUVs for up to 4 guests, executive Sprinter vans for 6 to 14, mini-coaches for 20 to 30 and full-size coaches for larger groups. We mix sizes to match your timeline: one Sprinter running a continuous loop often beats a single large coach that leaves every 45 minutes.
Venues we know
Peak 8 and Peak 9 base areas, Ten Mile Station, the Lodge at Breckenridge, Carter Park Pavilion, the Riverwalk Center, Keystone Ranch and Timber Ridge, Copper Mountain, Frisco Marina, Silverthorne Pavilion, and private homes along Boreas Pass and the Highlands. Tell us yours; we have probably parked a shuttle there.
Planning notes from a local
- Build 10 extra minutes into every leg in winter; condo roads are plowed last.
- Guests arriving the day of the wedding from Denver need a private DIA transfer, not the shared shuttle, or they will be late.
- If your party includes grandparents, ask us about Breckenridge Oxygen; an oxygen concentrator in the room for the first two nights makes the weekend far more comfortable.
- Groups staying the week often add a guided Continental Divide tour or e-bikes delivered to the condo through our sister companies.
Wedding and group transportation: questions
How many guests can you move?
From a single SUV for the couple to a fleet of Sprinters and coaches for 200 guests. Tell us the guest count, the venues and the timeline and we plan the vehicles and loops.
Do you do shuttle loops between lodging and the venue?
Yes. Continuous loops for the hours you choose are the most common wedding setup in Breckenridge, because parking at mountain venues is limited and the altitude plus an open bar is not a driving combination.
Can you handle a bachelor or bachelorette night out?
Yes. A driver for the evening in Breckenridge, Frisco or over to Vail, with pickups and drop-offs on your schedule.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer Saturdays and the Christmas to New Year week book out months ahead. Reach out as soon as you have a date; we hold vehicles with a deposit.
Do you provide a point of contact on the day?
Yes. You get one dispatcher’s number for the day, and the drivers know the venue, the timeline and your planner’s name.
